Alyson Rae stoner is an American actress, singer and dancer. The roles in their films comprise Cheaper by the Dozen Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and the Step Up franchise. Alyson began her career as an all-star threat on Disney Channel co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. At the age of seven, she stole the affections of the older generations as"The Little Pigtailed" Dancer in Missy Elliott's music video Missy Elliott Work It (2002). Alyson is born in the month of August 1993 was a model, singer, actress and songwriter. The roles she has played include Max of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Isabella Garcia Shapiro and Jenny on Phineas and Ferb. Her previous roles included Sally and Mike's Super Short Show.. And now, she's revealed her experiences of a 'four-year vegan/plant-based' lifestyle in an Instagram post. Stoner began the Instagram post with a statement that she "doesn't say what's the best for their body". Stoner wanted to talk about how giving up animals' products has made a difference to her overall health both physically and mentally.
